This is more than just a health concern for people still single. They need to stay in shape if they want to attract a healthy partner and there are a number of reasons. When people do not take good care of themselves, it is very apparent. People with fitness issues do not look or feel their best. Many of them suffer from low self-esteem. This does not help them attract a significant other. In order to find a good relationship, staying healthy and fit is a great first step.
